Cloud business phone systems for small and growing Florida businesses. FLTECHS sets up FlowPBX for your team, with auto attendants, desk and mobile calling, and local support from our Naples office.
A cloud business phone system, also called hosted VoIP, runs your company phone service over the internet instead of copper phone lines and a phone box in your office. Your numbers, extensions, greetings and call routing live in FlowPBX, a hosted platform that FLTECHS sets up and manages for you. Your team answers on desk phones, on a mobile app or on a computer, and changes like a new employee or a holiday greeting take minutes instead of a service call.
A traditional system needs phone lines and on-site equipment that has to be serviced and eventually replaced. With FlowPBX the phone system runs in the cloud, so your office only needs an internet connection plus desk phones or the app.
Older systems ring only on desk phones in one building. Cloud calling rings desk phones, cell phones and computers, so remote staff, owners and technicians in the field answer the business line and callers never see a personal number.
If a storm, power cut or internet outage closes your office, the phone system itself keeps running in the cloud. Calls can ring on the mobile app or forward to cell phones until the office is back. Adding a user or a location is a setting change, not new hardware.
Our business VoIP & telecom solutions are built for modern teams — with enterprise-grade reliability, advanced features, and local support you can count on.

Who Benefits
Phone Systems for Growing Florida Businesses.
A cloud phone system fits any business that loses customers when calls go unanswered. These are the businesses we set up most often, from a single office to companies with several locations.
Reservation and takeout calls go to the host stand, callers hear your hours and location in English or Spanish, and busy-hour calls can overflow to a manager’s cell phone.

Switching Providers
How Switching to FlowPBX Works.
Whether you have traditional phone lines or another VoIP provider today, the move is planned so callers keep reaching you.
1
Review Your Setup
We look at your current bill, numbers, phones and how calls should flow, and check your internet connection for call quality.
2
Port and Program
We request the port of your existing numbers, build your greetings and call routing in FlowPBX, and prepare your desk phones and apps. Porting time depends on your current carrier, so we set the cutover date once it is confirmed.
3
Go Live and Get Support
We install and test the phones on-site or remotely, train your team, and stay one local call away after go-live.

Areas We Serve
Naples, Fort Myers and Miami.
FLTECHS is based in Naples and supports FlowPBX customers across Southwest Florida and Miami-Dade. Much of the setup is done remotely, and our team comes on-site for phone installs, handset swaps and network work, including in Miami-Dade by appointment.
Yes. We port your existing local and toll-free numbers to FlowPBX and handle the paperwork with your current carrier. The porting date depends on that carrier, and we schedule the cutover so callers keep reaching you during the switch.
What is the difference between VoIP and a regular phone line?
A regular business line runs over copper wires from the phone company to equipment in your office. VoIP carries the same calls over your internet connection, so the phone system can live in the cloud and ring desk phones, cell phones and computers. You keep a normal phone number, and callers hear no difference.
Do I need new desk phones?
Not always. We check whether your current phones can be reused. Some staff can skip desk phones and use the FlowPBX mobile and desktop apps instead. When you need hardware, we supply and configure desk phones and conference phones, and we support fax.
Is FlowPBX HIPAA-ready for medical and dental offices?
Yes. FlowPBX signs a HIPAA Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with medical and dental practices. We also help you set up voicemail, call recording and user access with patient privacy in mind.
How much does a business phone system cost?
It depends on how many users and numbers you need, whether you want desk phones or apps only, and features such as call recording, texting or the AI receptionist. A cloud system replaces phone lines and on-site equipment with a monthly service. In a free consult we review your current bill and give you a clear quote.
What internet connection do I need for VoIP?
Each call uses very little bandwidth, so most business connections are enough. A stable connection with low latency and little packet loss matters more than raw speed. Our free VoIP test checks your connection, and if it shows problems we can fix the network and Wi-Fi before the switch.
