1. Returns and Refunds for VoIP Services: a. Monthly Subscriptions: If you wish to cancel your monthly VoIP service subscription, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of the billing cycle. We will provide a prorated refund for any unused days remaining in the billing cycle. b. Equipment Rental: In case you have rented any VoIP equipment from us, please return it within 15 days of cancellation. Once we receive the equipment in good working condition, we will refund your deposit or stop further rental charges.

2. Returns and Refunds for IT Services: a. Monthly Subscriptions: If you wish to cancel your monthly IT service subscription, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of the billing cycle. We will provide a prorated refund for any unused days remaining in the billing cycle. b. Project-based Services: If you have purchased IT services on a project basis, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. 3. Returns and Refunds for VoIP Phones and Business Computers: a. Unused and Unopened Products: If you are not satisfied with a VoIP phone or business computer that you have purchased from us, and the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, you may return it within 15 days of purchase for a refund. A restocking fee may apply. b. Defective Products: If the VoIP phone or business computer you purchased is defective, please contact our customer support team within 15 days of purchase. We will provide technical assistance and arrange for a replacement or repair. If the product cannot be repaired or replaced, a refund will be issued.

4. General Return Conditions: a. Return Authorization: Prior to returning any product or cancelling a service, please contact our customer support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Products or services returned without an RMA number may not be accepted. b. Packaging and Condition: To be eligible for a refund, all returned products must be in their original packaging, accompanied by all accessories, manuals, and documentation. The product should be in resalable condition, free from damage or signs of use. c. Shipping and Handling: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and any associated insurance or tracking. We recommend using a traceable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product. d. Non-Refundable Items: The following items are non-refundable unless they are found to be defective: software, digital downloads, services already rendered, and customized products.
