These SMS Terms apply to text messages sent by FLTECHS (Florida Tech Services), 5270 Golden Gate Pkwy, Naples, FL 34116, and by the businesses that use the Switchboard phone system FLTECHS provides. By agreeing to receive text messages, you agree to these terms.
You only receive the text messages you agreed to receive, and you can stop them at any time.
What you will receive
Messages about your inquiry, account, appointments and service: answers to your questions, appointment reminders, missed-call and after-hours notices, and service updates. If you separately agree to receive offers, you may also receive occasional promotional messages.
Message frequency varies with your conversations and appointments.
How you agree
You agree by checking the text message consent box on our contact form at fltechs.com/contact, or by giving your mobile number to a business that uses Switchboard and agreeing to receive text messages from it. Agreeing to receive text messages is never a condition of any purchase.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving text messages from that number. You will receive one final message confirming that you are unsubscribed. Reply START to subscribe again.

Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier, your device and your coverage.
Your privacy
We use your mobile number only to send the messages you agreed to receive. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy at fltechs.com/privacy-policy.
Who sends the messages
Text messages come from FLTECHS or from the business you gave your number to. Each message names the business sending it.
Supported carriers
Text messages are supported on major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon Wireless.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
